1. The adhesive plaster for a better grip on the chin up bar The grip on our chin up bars can be improved by an adhesive plaster. However, the brushed surface of our chin up bars offers even without the plaster a safe and comfortable grip. 2. Assembly at a brick wall / concrete wall All our products can be simply mounted with screws and dowels at a brick or concrete wall. We do not provide any warranty for the self conducted mounting at a wall. 3. Assembly at a ceiling The assembly at a ceiling is only possible if the ceiling is made of concrete. In case the ceiling is made of wood, it depends whether its stable or not. We do not provide any warranty for the self conducted mounting at a ceiling. 4. Distance between cross-members The distance between the cross-members equals 60 cm for all ching up bars. 5. Prices for custom design Changes of the distance between the cross-members or the additional handels are provided at no additional costs. The placement of additional handles on the other side of the pipe, as shown in the pictures, is free of charge. Automatic notification Each customer receives an confirmation email of his order that contains also our bank details. In addition, every customer is ifnormed about the status of his order by e-mail. At the moment we distinguish following states: "New Order" - Order was successfully received, but has not been yet approved, "Accepted" - Order hast been approved and aceepted, "Money received" - Payment has been received, "Open" - Order requires a call back, because for example ambiguous requests were made, "Send" - the ordered items were shipped. |
