Mounting height: The mounting height is freely selectable for wall mount chin up bars. It is set for ceiling mount bars by the construction. In general, the chin up bars shall be mounted so that the floor can't be touched while usage. A good mounting height is given when the horizontal tube, standing on tiptoes, can't be reached with the fingertips. The mounting height for wall models should be at least 25 cm between the ceiling and the horizontal pipe to avoid contacts with the ceiling.
Mounting Instructions:
1. Mark the drilling points
2. Drill at least 7cm deep holes. Remove the dust from the holes. The holes in concrete walls should be drilled slightly
larger.
3. Put the dowels into the holes
4. Put the chin up bar at the appropraite position and cautiously turn each screw.
Important Notice! Depending on the nature of the wall or ceiling, screws can grip very quickly in the masonry, especially if the holes are not deep and not broad enough. In place of concrete masonry is is often the case that the screws suddenly break, if the holes are too narrow. Therefore, holes in concrete masonry should be drilled always slightly larger and the dust should always be removed from the holes.
