Customer agrees that the EconomicForum GmbH is allowed to save, evaluate and process all received personal information from the customer that relate to the business connexion in accordance with the German Data Protection Act.

Personal data is required for processing of order account, queries or possible complaints.

The EconomicForum GmbH gives no personal data of the customer to any third party. Except hereof are partners, which require information for processing of order account or for handling of payments. In this case the information given further is limited to a minimum.

The customer has always the right to get information, induce correction, disabling and deletion of his personal data.
